I’m always looking for a unique opportunity to photograph, and engagement sessions are my moment to give my clients a unique experience they might not have otherwise. Through my years as a wedding photographer, it feels like I’ve done it all; from the big open field at sunset photo sessions to sessions on a giant bridge that crosses the Ohio River. I’ve popped champaign, danced in the living room, hiked 5 miles up a mountaintop in Asheville, NC. So it always feels like it’s been done before. And there isn’t anything wrong with an engagement session that’s been done before; I’ve done plenty!
But what I hadn’t done is photograph an engagement session in a locally owned and operated brewery. So this is what I bring to you… a brewery inspired engagement session in Dover, Ohio. It was fun, unique, and exciting and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. We had the whole brewery to ourselves and we sipped locally crafted beer, bought custom cans of it to take home and then ended in a, Ohio hill (surprise) BUT with their cute little pup.
It doesn’t get much better than this. If you are still searching for your engagement or wedding photographer and you want a unique engagement session to celebrate the moment, reach out to me here. I’d love to chat with you about creating something that hasn’t been done before. Rock climbing, perhaps? ☺️ I’m always up for a great adventure, and I’d love the next one to be with YOU!
If you’ve never been and you are local to Dover, Ohio or you have never been to the area at all, check out this cute little brewery in the town I grew up in. It’s called Hoodletown Brewery and you won’t want to miss it!
