Bold and colorful wedding days in Ohio make my heart so happy; I can’t help myself. For the past few years, I can’t figure out if I actually love colors that much or if my heart just pulls to the trends of the current day, as I’m also a very trendy driven person when it comes to things like fashion and photography.

But when I’m surprised on a wedding day with this much beauty, I’m basically in heaven! Paper Twigs did an amazing job on every piece. If you want beautiful wedding flowers, I’d check them out now!

While my photography “style” is timeless and mostly true to color (you can see that here), I still indulge in trendy edits and things for my personal work. It’s fun for me! And you could consider me an artist, although business is what I spend most of my time doing these days. If I were to have a wedding day all over again, it would be colored with colors like these and I don’t think a person can grow tired of something that strikes so much happiness.

Justin & Kristi, if you remember from a while back, had their engagement session at a locally owned and operated brewery in my hometown, Hoodletown. We had a blast during that, and it was the same on wedding day. Kristi paid so much attention to detail and you could tell. The ceremony site and the reception all was covered in beautiful florals. I don’t think I’ve seen a wedding this done up before, but I’d take more of it any day. Florals change everything, especially when they are bold and beautiful pops of color!

It was a perfectly sunny and 75 degree Ohio wedding day in October and every detail, their pup included, was absolutely perfect. Cheers to many years, Justin & Kristi!
